Kyeryong Baegilju
Feature
A royal court liquor presented to the king in the Chosun era which is specified as the forth state designated masterpiece, the Kyeryong Baegilju, so called, "Kyeryong Soju (former name)" is a traditional Korean fork liquor inheriting the excellent brewing technique of our ancestors. Kyeryong 100-D, with its rewing know-how nominated as the National Intangible Cultural Asset No. 4 has a long history of its taste in Korea, dated back to almost 400 years.
Produced by distilling a mixture of glutinous rice, rice, malt, pine needles fruit of the mountain chines, azalea, conventional type chrysanthemum and homey. It is a 40% of traditional liquor with a light fragrance(pine needles or chrysanthemum aroma) and a smooth, light taste which is of high quality, it can be consumed it in large quantities without having any hangovers. Furthermore, the product, with age, tastes and smells better and can be permanently preserved.
